I bought the BB4000.1 monoblock amp and 8 AC12D subs for a budget build in my 4dr s10 blazer. I built a sealed box at 8cuft and it gets extremely loud. I play it hard daily with no issues. I broke the subs in at a 4 ohm load to the amp and later wired the system to 1 ohm. The 12s are very efficient and get LOUD and DEEP with just 250-300 watts each. At 1 ohm the BB4000.1 runs very cool to the touch and easily spanks those 12s without breaking a sweat, even during the summer heat (100°+). The AC15D subs are now available so I plan on getting 8 of those for my suburban build with the same amp. Keep it up Planet Audio!
